Our client journey has been developed in line with financial planning best practice and principles. Above all, our process places you and your objectives at the heart of everything we do.
In developing your financial plan, we break the
journey down into six main phases:
1. Initial discovery meeting
Our job is to identify exactly where you are now, how you got there and, more importantly, where you want to be in the future.
We’ll discuss how far away you are from achieving the things you want to and the potential options available to you. The discovery meeting is also a chance for you to get to know more about us, our services and our fees.
Should you wish to engage our services, we’ll then begin our research by analysing your existing financial arrangements.
We will identify all of the resources available to you now, all of the resources becoming available to you in the future and, more importantly, all of the resources you might need in order to satisfy your life plan.
3. Creating your plan
We will then create a comprehensive financial plan to show you what your future looks like, and what actions you need to take to achieve your goals and maintain your desired lifestyle.
When developing your plan, we use modelling tools to generate a Lifetime Cashflow analysis. This enables us to develop and agree your overall long-term strategy while considering different scenarios; giving much greater depth to our discussion than would usually be possible.
Once we have put your plan together, we will match specific products to your needs and make bespoke recommendations based on your unique circumstances.
We may also recommend an appropriate platform service for arranging, safeguarding and administering your investments. We will provide you with illustrations explaining the costs of these products, and explain them to you in a face-to-face meeting.
Once you are happy with the recommendations we have made, we will implement everything on your behalf.
We will help you to complete the paperwork, submit it to the financial institutions and ensure everything is done that needs to be done. We will keep you regularly informed of progress.
6. Ongoing review
The review process is an integral part of the client journey. We will meet as regularly as needed to update any changes to your personal situation, goals, aspirations and attitude to risk.
We will also review your portfolio and make changes as necessary to make sure that you are on track for your goals.
