Yes. That means we have the freedom to make bespoke final recommendations from the whole market. In other words, we work exclusively for you; not the provider.

We have a team of Financial Planners who will be able to assist you should your adviser be away. Our Practice Manager also has full access to files so can help you with any queries.
Our charges will depend entirely on the complexity of your financial situation and the scope of the work required. We will always explain our fees and confirm them in writing before we proceed with any work. You can learn more about our fees here.
If we take over the servicing of a contract, we may receive commission. If this is the case, it will always be disclosed to you beforehand.
